1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect

Professional data: Name, business name, profession, phone number, email, schedule, services, pricing, FAQs, persona configuration, OAuth tokens, and usage activity.

End user data: Name, phone number (via WhatsApp), booking details, conversation messages, reason for visit, insurance (if applicable).

Automatic data: IP address, browser type, OS (website visitors), page views (via privacy-focused analytics), WhatsApp message timestamps.

We do NOT collect: Medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, legal strategy, financial data beyond payment method, biometric data, or data from minors knowingly.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate the AI secretary, personalize communication style, improve the service (aggregated), send notifications and summaries, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do NOT: sell personal data, use data for targeted advertising, or share data between professionals (strict tenant isolation).

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Bebel: Meta (WhatsApp message delivery), Google (calendar sync, authentication), Anthropic (AI processing — no PII stored), and our payment processor and hosting provider.

We do not share data with data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties.

5. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each professional's data is strictly isolated via tenant-scoped database queries. We use role-based access controls and audit logging.

6. Data Retention

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of the subscription. After cancellation: data preserved indefinitely (accessible if you return). You may request deletion at any time — processed within 30 days.

Backup data is removed within 90 days of a deletion request.

7. Your Rights

All users: Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to processing.

Brazil (LGPD): Anonymization, consent withdrawal, information about data sharing, review of automated decisions, ANPD complaint.

United States: Right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sales (we do not sell data). California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use Umami for privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics. The dashboard uses a session cookie for authentication (essential, no consent required). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking.

9. International Transfers

Data is processed and stored on servers in the United States and/or Brazil. Transfers comply with LGPD Chapter V (Brazil) and applicable US law. Safeguards include encryption and contractual obligations with providers.

10. Children's Privacy

Bebel is designed for use by professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
